GTS Exhaust

Anyone know why the GTS exhaust is so coveted and/or pricey? Is it the look? Which I love! Or the fuctionality/sound?

I'd love to buy one...only problem is after I started pricing the stainless steel version, I discovered I need to save a little more $$$.
