Had enough, brake switch.

I've had 2 brake switches go out in a year, not getting another. I've searched many of the different brake switch topics and I've bought the mid 80's Camaro switch. Anybody have a photo of the custom made bracket installed to save me some brain drain.
Any help would be appreciated.
