half shafts orientation

I read in a very old POCA newsletter that the half shafts are a matched balanced set. That if they are installed 180 degrees off there may be some vibration. Can anyone confirm this. The tech manual doesn't even mention this. Also when balancing the 351C do you need to balance the clutch & pressure plate on the flywheel?
