There were other pictures hall had of this system.
This must be the mock up because he had another where the roll bar bolted on and the rocker tubes were individual and slipped in the rockers after opening the ends in the rear wheel wells.

Then the rocker tube bolted with a flange to the front inner wheel housing.

Those pictures he gave me but I have no idea what I did with them.

Apparently the Byers Bros were the fabricators and when I ask Bob about making me a roll bar for the engine compartment his exact comment was "NO FREAKIN' WAY!" LOL!
