Hall Pantera msd distributor

I am getting some backfiring through my carb which is a 670 street avenger ,I am checking all the usual suspects like ignition timing valve timing and running lean however I am not sure that the coil I have is the right coil for the hall msd distributor that I have ,which coil is the best coil to run with my distributor,tony
