Hand brake cable - Looking for a part

On my "new" 1971 Pantera I'm currently replacing the handbrake cable who is missing.

I'am also missing a spring for the driver's side and i didn't find it in any drawing (master part catalog,technical informations book).

Does anyone can help me ?
Follow this link and you will see what I'm talking about (3 last pictures, passenger's side spring and brake system).

Other question : I tried very hard to pull myself the system (like if I was the cable) to see if the mechanism is working.
it doesn't move a millimiter ...is this normal or the mechanism is block by the rust maybe ?
