There is no need to have hardened seats in a Ford
Cleveland head. You must be talking to the GM people? What else would bring on such an attack of paranoia?

They do fine on unleaded fuels as is. GM uses a noticeably softer cast iron.

Don't listen top them. They are just jealous that Fords are better.
