The type of walking foot I mean is not an attachment it's a type of machine. The foot is in two parts, outer and inner. The walking foot pulls the material into the machine and is very nice to use because it copes with the difficult areas where the two pieces of piping intersect on the seat covers. Those Ferrari interiors are fantastic and extremely consistent. The reason for this is because the patterns are perfect and all the pieces are cut out on a giant stamping machine so every seat has identical leather sections and the injection moulded foam is high density and perfectly matched to the covers.
