PLT-1 Did the half - shafts come assembled?
The first [ 2 ] things i would check would be:
[Both very easy [ 5 ] minutes to check both.
1] "U' Joints [obviously].
Check for any looseness in the joint and or
rust around the cups.
2]Phase on the 1/2 shafts.
[on the slip yolk end look for arrows [or some other type of marking] and make sure they are aligned on the shaft side AND the slip yolk side.
