Thanks to all for their help and advice... Many thanks to Dennis Quella who advised against the silicone fluid in my hyd clutch system. I have ops checked the system thoroughly and the whacky progressive clutch pedal issue was apparently due to the silicone fluid. Thank you Dennis Quella
