When it got dark, I was able to verify the brake lights are indeed
coming on. The only external light that appears to be non-functional
is the front drivers turn signal does not blink. I verified the bulb
is good by swapping side-to-side. Not sure if the problem is in the
socket or wiring.

Thanks. I ordered the proper style replacement switch this morning.
I'd like to drive the car tomorrow to an event so I may try to wire up
the other switch again.
