Depends on how handy you are. Disconnect the wires on the back-after you make a map of where they all connect- and unscrew the outer bezel. The switch itself has metal tabs that hold the assembly together; by unbending them the absolute minimum to remove it, you can disassemble the switch body. The body has a track cut in it's side and a contacter follows the groove to change the contacts inside. Sometimes, the contactor slips out of the groove and jams; by wedging 3 layers of a business card between the follower and the body, then reassembling, I got mine to work again- in 1992! Good luck.
