Sure Mark. Here is what you do. You go into your profile. You will see a pic of your avitar that you have now and next to it you will see and EDIT avitar button. Ya click on that and then a whole bunch of standard avitars come up. There is a thing at the top that says custom. Click on that and a menu comes up that says browse. Now you have to have a picture ready to upload and it can only be 100x 100 pixels. So maybe you sould do that first. Anyway you upload it and then click on update avitar when it is done and viola. You got your own custom picture. It only took me six months to figure it out.
