Thank you guys very much. I did jump the wires and the lights came up !!!
I put new switch in and all works fine. I hear a little noise when going up and down, gear maybe or need to lube. I think the car sat for sometime before the rehab on it started just prior to me. Calipers being rebuilt right now. I want to get it safe before I sell it. Bad knees, but I "just had to have it" sort of thing.
