I should have added pictures of the circuit breaker. It's indeed in my configuration. It was screwed to the head light relay in one corner. I un-screwed it from the relay.

But the one wire from the circuit breaker wasn't attached to the relay. The other wire goes to the connector block for the ignition. Here it's connected to the green wire.
