Head light problem

Hi; I have an electrical gremlin that is driving me crazy. I installed some quad lights the other day and now when I turn on the High beams the #10 fuse blows and the head lights stay up until I change the fuse. The head lights still work with the blown fuse. I hope someone can help me. I am not sure if the quads are doing this or it did this before with the normal lights. I am new to this car.
