When you replace the #10 fuse, are the head light switch and the ignition switch in the off positions? With the head light switch off, the high/low beam switch in the high beam position, the ignition switch off, and the head light doors closed, does the #10 fuse blow when you turn on the head light switch & the ignition switch? Or does the fuse only blow when the head light doors are fully open?

Make sure that the head light door up limit switch is properly adjusted. Check the ground wires, wire connectors, and ground attach points for the head lights and the door motor. Check for broken, frayed, corroded, or pinched wires and connections.
