I took a different approach to the Header Bolts. I bought a set of 3/8 x 1 9/16 UNC Studs and equivalent amount of 3/8 tall Brass Nuts (app 1/2" tall) Its took a bit of persuasion to fit the left set of Headers back on but eventually they gave up ;-) (I cheated and made some of the holes a bit oval)
