Pantera light switches are known to be problematic, which is why relay kits are so popular. Stock, ALL headlight power (and power for the headlight up/down motor) goes thru a not-too-robust switch. Then we add higher-amperage halogens..... I would contact your favorite vendor and get a replacement. You'll likely need it soon.
