Headlight bucket shake

I'll try not to get too long winded.
I have my car pretty much fully sorted except,
one last pet peeve,
My headlight buckets shake/jump up and down ever so slightly, especially the passenger side,especially over rough roads.

I have tightened the motor gears against the connecting bar gears as much as possible.
I have installed the bump stop modification for the bar gears to rest against when fully up.

I fabbed up and installed a bracket for a bearing to hold solid the passenger end of the bucket connecting bar.

Still, the headlights jitter/bounce. Must drive the people in front of me crazy at night.

I should mention that the OEM nylon/plastic bushings for the connecting bar are long gone.
And I have Kirk Evans quad lights, so the buckets don't go up all the way.

Surely I'm not the only one with this problem.

Any ideas from people that have cured this succesfully would be greatly appreciated.

I really don't want to get into re-enginering the whole system.
