Not to my knowlege. The parts are brazed in place after being assembled into the Pantera body. Typically, any binding is due to body twist from accidents, huge sticky front tires & vigorous driving etc. The headlight buckets bolt onto the 'lever' as you call them. Try taking the buckets out and running the lights with only the attach points to see exactly where the binding occurrs. I've also seen a bent sector gear (the big semicircular one) in one car that had had major front-end damage. We straigtened the sheet-steel gear with selective prying and pounding, but it takes a good eye to determine true straighness.
