headlight pop-up issues

went to take the car for a run last night....the headlights would not pop up. Spent until 2AM going through wiring diagrams on Pantera Place and found the problem this morning. Power not going through the ignition switch. Is rebuilding the switch an option or do I have to buy a new one? Thanks guys!
