headlight relay issues

I have been told my new Pantera, has a faulty headlight relay.
The seller thought they would be $15-20. and if I bought it he would replace it for me.
I emailed a Pantera place, and they said $300. is that right ?
are they anything fancy ? if not I can rewire a locally sourced relay unit.
are they fixable ?? ( cleanable )
