Check the ground where it jumpers off the relay into, I believe is a red connector. I had a good ground with the test light, yet the wire was bad in the connector. I by-passed the connector and went directly to ground. You'll find that 90% of all faults with the wiring is a bad ground. You'll want to add some more grounds to the car, that's what I did. No more faults....
