headlight wiring

Trying to track down why I have a dim headlight. I will clean the connectors behind the splash shields.
On the connector at the passenger headlight, are the wires 1 grey on the left-2 black in the center-1 green on the right(looking at it from the front of the car?
On the drivers side...1 orange/bk-2 black-1 gy/bk. I have read that on some cars these wires were in the wrong positions. Are mine correct?
