Getting close to actually trying to START this car. In the meanwhile, I am dealing with subsystems. Headlights are in the cross hairs. VERY encouraging that the engine WILL crank (only momentary as the carb is off), warning buzzers are hurting my ears, and all the lights work. BUT, the headlights are not pivoting up into place. I can hear a relay clicking, the headlights ARE coming on, but so far no power to the electric motor. I have reproduction wiring diagrams but have not traced them out yet. With the ignition switch on or off, I am seeing no voltage to the headlight motor. Currently, the motor assembly is out of the car but have not put 12 volts to it as I am not sure which lead is hot, and which is ground.

Suggestions?
