Hi Uli, could it be that your headlight motor mechanism is slightly loose and has moved, slightly, but that only the one headlight was critically close to the body work? The 'gear' that the headlight motor mechanism engages could also have become slightly worn making the headlight droop? Or the little rubber grommet that usually sits in the headlight opening has fallen out/ disintegrated and so the bucket now touches the bodywork? Just some suggestions. Good luck with the trouble shooting,
