I have one of those on my car. Works great and is used for batter disconnect and security. The way it's installed in my car would not meet any racing requirements though. I can reach in through my passenger side quarter panel windows (removed so cleaning the back window is a breeze) to where the bracing is that holds up the right side of the engine screen to engage/disengage. My batter is in the back also positioned in front of the tire.
