When I first got my car one of the things that needed attention was a broken wheel stud. I bought one from a Pantera vendor and it was very expensive.
The inside edge of my front tires just brush the inner wheel well. I'd like to put 3/8" spacers between the front wheels and hubs, but there are not enough threads on the studs to allow the lug nuts to have enough bite to be safe.
Has anyone identified a generic wheel stud that fits a Pantera hub? If I'm buying 10 of them, the cost is going to be pretty high if I have to go to a vendor. Like a couple hundred dollars. I know there are some longer studs available from the vendors, but I could sure use a substitute.
If there is no substitute, does anybody know offhand how much longer than stock the vendors wheel studs are?
