HELP!!! I have a pantera but dont know what to do with it.

I am 16 years old my father past away and i got his car, a 1972 (or 1971) DeTomaso Pantera. It is in OK condition as far as the body goes, the Transmission is out of the car and was fixed before he past away. The car has been sitting for 5 or more years because he never had time to fix it. I am not sure where to bring it. My mother says "I know we arent going to sell it but i dont want to spend a fortune to fix it!!!" so i have no idea what to do with it. I am moving to San Diego California and was wondering What to do with it.
