Help me find a Pantera!

Maybe someone knows somebody that hasn't advertised there's yet/recently....

I am selling my 69 427/435 Corvette (keeping my '68 427 Camaro) to fund a Pantera. I have always loved Italian cars (Alpha's, some Lamborghini's & of course Ferrari's! - Even owned a Fiat spider...) but equally love American muscle. The Pantera seams like the perfect "compromise"!

The Corvette I'm selling needs restoration. I, like many people posting here, would love to restore a car, but work, space, time etc. makes it unrealistic right now. Therefore, here is what I am looking for:

1) A car to be driven! I hope the day never comes where I buy a car I am not willing to drive on public roads! Granted it will be on the nicest days of the year & rain will be avoided.
2) A car that doesn't need restoration - at least not yet. I want something I can enjoy & drive now.
3) NO RUST.
4) A pre L. Or at least an L converted to pre l bumpers. Is that an easy conversion?
5) No widebody or GTS flares.
6) Anything from bone stock to highly modified, but..... I prefer mostly stock appearance. Some examples: A) Prefer Campy wheels, modern clone versions are fine. I'm not a fan of most other wheels. B) Rebuilt high horsepower motor, headers, loud mufflers, upgraded brakes, suspension, etc. are all good. EFI motors, etc. not good. C) Custom leather interiors, etc. are O.K. No cloth seats.
7) Color choices in order of preference: A: Orange B: Blue C: Red D: Yellow
8) and finally price. Preferably Under $40k. It is possible I would venture higher for the right car.

Here are some I am considering: Any comments are welcome!

Exactly what I am looking for appearance wise, but to much $ for this level of resto?

Not a pre l. Just like the front end so much more without the big bumpers. Rims are actually O.K. but I still prefer the original style.

Pretty nice. Is $48k to much? Wish the chrome wasn't (right down to the shifter gate as pointed out by a member that looked at it in person) blacked out.

What would you pay for this? $30's?

Looks nice. $45k. Undercoating a bit heavy - Hope it's not hiding anything.... Wish the motor was massaged more then just appearance.

Anybody have "my" Pantera?

Thanks for mulling through the long post & any comments would be appreciated!

Pete
