Here is thread that discusses the rails and rollers a little more in depth. Seat track & roller thread. Be sure to replace the rollers in the rails. This will make a night and day difference in the seats mobility.

I built my own rollers out of bearing grade nylon rod for less than five bucks. I am still very happy with their performance. Hope this helps you out a bit.

P.S. I do not recall 100% but I believe there is a small tab in the rail that must be bent down in order to slide the rail apart (sorry but it has been almost three years since I did this mod). My rollers were so flat on one side that I had to use a vise and a rubber mallet to get them apart. My car is not with me or I would go look.
