Two options. One, tap into another vac port off the intake manifold. The other purchase a carb spacer which is or can be drilled to add the necessary barb fitting for a vac line to the distributor. Both are inexpensive options.

Carb spacers come in two options. The first is open which provides more airflow for top end high RPM. The other has four holes in the spacer which provides much better low end torque and response. The selection depends on how you drive.
