Holley idle speed too hiigh

I have one of the "new" Holley Street Avenger carbs and I'm having a problem adjusting the idle any lower than 1000 rpms. I've checked the linkage and the electric choke. Also, I'm unable to adjust the idle speed screw any lower.

After having this carb work fine for the last couple of years, this problem appeared out of no-where.

Any other place I should check?? THANKS!
