My headers are already ceramic coated so that’s taken care of.

The heat shield link looks interesting.

I think I’ll just get samples and do some bench testing. A heat gun and an inferred gun to measure the difference between the products should do the trick. A great project for this winter.

With any luck I’ll get this sorted out and be sporting a “cool” look for next season.
