Maybe. Due to the anti-stalking laws resulting from wackos chasing movie & rock stars, the DMV will actively discourage your efforts. CARFAX has some numbers available for a fee, but their files don't go back many years. But don't despair; there is a serial number registry of many Panteras available through Bill Van Ess of Michigan, quite reasonably priced.
