The ramliftpro and KW are both hydraulic lifting systems and are very quick. The lift times are at or below 4 seconds with the latest pumps. The KW units are ones used on high end cars like Lambos and Ferraris. The last one I've seen was on a Mbz SLS AMG sold though Renntech.
I have not seen a RamLiftPro kit or KW installed on a Pantera. RLP sells only a universal kit and KW sells both a universal and model specific kits. Both sell a front only and a 4 wheel lifting system. KW kits are 3 times the cost of a RLP system. Both use a lifting ring that is only 2.5" OD so neither will work on a Pantera with factory coilovers.
Good luck on your search. I've been wanting to install one of these systems myself as I am not a fan of airbag systems.
