You are correct. Any glasses are a PITA. They get dirty, your sweat falls on them, and they fall off. UGH!
I also try to work without them within my small field of clear vision. But some areas are impossible to get your noggin into that sweet spot.

You must be under 40. Lasik will not help you when your up close vision goes bad later !
