Oil fouling?
Could be a faulty valve seal.
Burnt valve.. with a 120 PSI, I doubt it.
A leakdown test would be the best method to determine a bad cylinder. Applies compressed air to cylinder and you measure the leakdown rate. Very accurate.
The above test can determine if you have a bad head gasket, valves, or rings.
