JeffU, I'm quite dated too. I'm sorry that I contributed to your depression. I'm in the same boat. We all are. I would venture to say that I am also on your side, and you mine.
I'm not preaching to anyone.
When someone steps on my toe (you didn't) and it hurts (it does) I yell owwwwww (I just did).
We are collectively as dated as our values are.
Perhaps the best we can hope for is what the prophet said, "I may be going to Hell in a bucket, but at least I'm enjoying the ride".
