You got a GREAT sounding and looking car. You bought someone's joy and passion, passed to you for a check... the car was free! So much better to buy an enthusiast's car, full of documentation,recollections and intentional upgrades than the "unknown deal" on peebay or wherever. Good for you.

Likewise good for the seller who's sure of the caretaker.
