I need help identifying a part (Idle Bypass) from a supercharged 4.6 V8 - see picture

Does anyone Recognize this Part? My friend Peter Kovcas and Pantera Owner is looking to replace this part as a Vacuum port is broken off. Peter's 73 has a Stroked 4.6 with a Super Charger. Peter say he's not sure if this is a Ford part from something or a after market Part?
