Thanks for your advice and sorry for misleading.

I forgot to write that i checked gaps in the cap. Because the Pertronix Distributor is the stock look version

the cap and the rotor have the same dimensions like my old Duraspark Distributor.

I measured gaps and interchanged them, again made no difference.
