Like almost everything else electrical in the Pantera, the switches are rebuildable and re-keyable if the electrical contacts are still OK. Getting the switch out is no picnic but once out, the shaft lock can be greased, the spring that pops the key part out can be replaced etc. The switches are available as '70-71 Capri switches' from a variety of restorers. Note that later Capri switches are different. Some Pantera vendors also stock them as OEM. None are cheap so I'd recommend pulling what you got & digging into it first.
