Ignition switch grommet

I can't find reference an ignition switch grommet anywhere.

Is there supposed to be a grommet that fits on the outside of the ignition switch and fills the gap between it and the plastic steering column casing?

I don't have one.

Does anyone have a picture of what it looks like?
