Import Duty Finally Returned

After a formal appeal application and several letters to the Canadian Government I finally recieved my 6.1% duty back. Despite the officer in May, telling me I had to either pay the duty or ship #4072 back to New York they were wrong to charge me. Thanks to Mark Charlton and Mike Savard #6610 for letting me know and sending me the appeal application.This forum is a great source of information!
