Just sharing info. In putting my 72 back together I upgraded the cooling system with a lay down radiator, two sucker fans, stainless bottles and silicone hoses etc. I also had the rear deck louvered with about 60 louvers done ala Ferarri style in that the louvers were cut with the lip protruding into the engine area. The car runs about 15 degrees cooler as the hot air generated by the engine, headers and exhaust now have a place to exit. It also looks "way cool".
