There is also a company that makes a system called "Classic". It is made to look like Weber IDA's on the exterior.

It WAS called Dynatech but was sold to a company called Accuform Mfg.

Ah, I see. I see a name there that rings a bell! Ding! Robert Pond...like in the 427 Ford race blocks! I get it!

I was going to go that route but ran out of money for the project and went with Weber 48 IDA's.

These were going to cost over $6,000 to do and there was a computer and harness in addition needed.

They were setting it up for a FAST system and there was feedback from some one of the distributors on the GT40 Forum that there were quality issues on the castings and machining of the throttle plates.

Here are the two email addresses I have for them. Dynatech was sales@dynaformance.com. That I think was the original company that was sold to Accuform.

Their address was bob@accuformmfg.com.

You can try both and see what happens.

I had seen several sets up and running on cars. One set was on a Pantera out of Philadelphia area. That was 5 years ago.

Another was on a GT40 continuation car.

Both cars ran really well and were on the track at SAAC Convention high speed events.

I couldn't tell the difference between their throttle bodies and the Weber 48 IDA's without getting closer.

Go to the GT40 Forum website and look around and do a search for them.

This is what they look like.
