The mod motor is a great engine for a Pantera for many reasons. It doesn't take that much work to put one in a Pantera and the 4.6 makes plenty of power when supercharged. By the way the 4.6 is not heavier than a Cleveland. My 5.4 which has a cast iron block weighs 600 lbs.
