Installing G.M CS130 type 100 Amp alt ?

Im updateing the alternator to the G.M CS130 model single wire alternator. I need to know which of the old regulator wires i need to use.And which one,s i can discard. I have a '74 pantera VIN #THPNNDO6807. I have already bypassed the gen-light. And plan on putting a shunt across the ammeter gauge. Any advice would be welcome.. Thank,s
